We offer the following choices for our brass trim and all hardware, the finishes are always ‘live” and not coated for a luxurious patina overtime. Much like a heirloom piece it will only get better with time passing. Alternatively if you have a finish you like to match we can always do a custom trim finish just for you, including PVD for those those who prefer not to have a "live" finish.

The versatility of our range top cooking elements accessories offers you the possibility to make use of your burners and other elements in a whole new way by adding a griddle attachment or wok ring and transform your burners on the fly into a whole other cooking element.
Easily turn 2 of your gas burners into a smooth griddle with this attachment. By removing the grates of 2 burners you create the space to fit the griddle attachment and "voila" you have a griddle. When done cooking you remove the griddle attachment (only once the griddle has fully cooled off) wash and store. This creates the versatility of an added cooking element for the occasional need of a griddle. Available for both La Provençal and La Grande cooking range lines.
Specially made to be used with our Power Gas Burner, the work ring accessory is the best way to turn your single power burner into a wok burner, made to fit perfectly on the stainless steel grate over the burner will give you the distance and support for a large professional size wok.
